PICK ‘N’ MIX COMPONENTS: TAKE YOUR MODELS TO THE NEXT LEVEL

We’ve just added all of our new components to our online store and made our entire range of individual components more affordable than ever before.

We’ve seen some incredible Arckit designs recently – from the advanced structures created by architecture student Ricky Fairhurst to the innovative use of components (and the first ever octagonal design we’ve seen) by a budding young architect in this Arckit review. We are seriously impressed by the inventive and imaginative use of Arckit components, and the virtually unlimited ways that designers express themselves through their models.

The new Arckit sets have been such a success that we wanted to let our newest fans know how they can affordably take their models to the next level. The beauty of the Arckit system is that it’s modular and completely freeform, so the components are interchangeable and can be constantly added to. Investing in a larger collection of components means you can make bigger structures and open up even more building possibilities.

Exploring our range of complete sets is a fast, fun and flexible way to experiment with multiple aspects of architectural design. For this reason, many model makers own several Arckit sets. However, if you want to simply add more parts to your existing kit to further enhance your structures then buying individual components is a great option. All individual components are compatible with our existing sets and allow makers to pick ‘n’ mix from their required parts.

This is useful for schools that want to add extra parts as students progress to more ambitious design projects, or even for replacing lost of missing pieces. The freeform nature of Arckit is one of the reasons our system is so popular with educators, schools and universities as a STEM/STEAM learning tool. Rather than instructions and set components for how to build a model, students can spontaneously create whatever ideas pop into their heads.

Arckit is also popular with professional architects as an in-house working tool for exploring and communicating ideas with clients. By introducing our new components, we are making Arckit even more practical to use as an advanced hands-on design tool that promotes collaborative ‘design thinking’.

Our entire component range is available here at new lower prices.
